I'm not a hunter but here's what I'm wondering. Do they hunt in the cold, because there are no flys who could left eggs in the meat? It would never come in my mind to let a deer hanging in the trees until next day. Is this only possible at cold temperatures? And by the way, did they really just flattened the filet? :)

I bet he could help Steve figure out other ways to solve some of the different cooking problems associated with different game meats. They're both funny as heck and specialize in creating new recipes and are definitely open to new experiences like hunting, as you can tell from their Netflix cooking shows, "The Chef Show" and "Ugly Delicious". I bet Steve could take them on a hunt based around what type of game they want to experiment with and make 2 episodes out of it! Take care y'all!

This is the most legit hunting video I have ever seen. Getting up to your elbows in deer guts is never fun and is rarely shown on hunting videos. I appreciate that these guys did. It's all part of the experience. I do feel the need to point out to Joe Rogan, when hunting mulies you only count the points on one side. It's not an 8 point, it's a 4 point. Nice animal either way.
