The foo fighters show I should have taken my father to. I took him to an arena concert a year ago and now my dad is mad at me for taking him to see the "devil´s music"

Saw them three times in the same week on this tour in London in June 2006. Weds: the acoustic show in the Victoria theatre, Friday: an intimate show (approx 400 people) at the Underworld, and Saturday: a huge show in Hyde Park. What a week!.

Em confinamento e revisitando toda a obra do foo fighters desde as fitas k7, e vendo o lançamento do medicine at midnight achei interessante o foco voltado para minha área de trabalho. Atendendo pacientes com covid 19 desde o início da doença no brasil meu RT PCR SARS COV 2 veio positivo justamente na véspera do natal, vou passar meu natal e meu réveillon ouvindo foo fighters longe da minha esposa e dos meus 3 filhos. Então vamos lá..... Ouvindo neste momento Skin And Bones (2006) (Full Concert), tenho o desejo que o foo fighters depois de tanta água boa ter passado debaixo da ponte poderia repetir a dose acústica. Um novo álbum com essa mesma formação de 2006 ou maior, podendo se chamar "nervos e músculos ou músculos e nervos" ou algo assim. Penso que seria muito doido. Em uma outra vertente de pensamento, gostaria de ver uma variação no processo de criação. Percebo que quem carrega o som do foo fighters na maioria da obra são as guitarras. Desejo muito ver um álbum do foo fighters com a vertente criativa baseada no contra baixo e bateria dividindo espaço com as guitarras. Me expressando melhor, adoro de paixão o Nate e o Taylor, mas imagino constantemente pessoas com a linha criativa do Flea ou de baixistas como o do Rancid, baterista como Eloy Casagrande (baterista brasileiro, um dos melhores do mundo na minha humilde opinião), imagino o que fariam com a veia mais pesada do Pat, Chris e Dave. Penso no mais lindo Frankenstein cheio de costuras com pedaços humanos diversos compondo uma nova linhagem de músicas monstruosamente pesadas e criativas intercalando clave de sol e clave de fá. Sairia um pouco da linearidade "beatles" da banda, iria pra outra coisa. Na minha idéia isso jamais deveria atrapalhar a amizade e a química entre os foo fighters atuais, e na verdade não sei se rolaria essa química criativa tão interessante na formação "Frankenstein" que citei, e nem acho que isso deveria afetar a atual formação. Espero que não me entendam mal, e na verdade nem acho que alguém vai ler isso. Me despeço por aqui, Luciano V. L. Pinheiro, médico de urgências e emergências atuante no Brasil desde 2004. Até quando eu adoecer novamente, tudo de bom ... feliz ano novo.

This is one of my favourite shows of theirs, I was so excited when I got the double DVD of this and the Hyde Park gig years ago. I loved those shows so much I learned nearly all of these songs on guitar just so I could play and sing along as though I was on stage with them. Even just now I played through a few with them. Amazing band, they’ve been probably my favourite band for as long as they’ve existed, since I was 13 and discovering both Nirvana and early Foos, seen them live six times now over here in the U.K.

do another tour like this please instead of your "sounds like everything has been sped up and no one rehearsed for a year" typical live foo concerts. this kicks the crap out of your other live events. world tour 2021-2022 :D :D : D

They should make another double album. Just like in your honour rock/acoustic. Some of there song r better acoustic or slowed down like "Everlong" & they take on a different meaning just like "times like these"
