How i felt when i was in the middle of addiction and depression. Those were the darkest days of my life. But I'm living proof there is hope. I beat my addiction and depression and have found true happiness and peace of mind. I'm living a life that seemed like only a dream a few years back. But it's my reality and I thank god for every new day now, I am thankful for everything, all the small little details I used to take for granted. It wasn't easy to get here but it is possible. I hope anyone who's hurting can stay strong, seek whatever help you need and don't worry about judgement, life is short enough and you all deserve happiness
