I believe it's highly likely they are late lotto starting in 24 getting better each year. Kyrie is the youngest, but he's an oft injured space cadet that doesn't translate to winning when left to his own devices. By the time the 24 draft rolls around you'll have a 36yo Durant with a ton of mileage and one of the worst injuries in sports, a 35yo Harden who is an iron man, but not known for taking care of himself while relying heavily on foul draws, and a 33yo Kyrie who has been oft injured since day one, and could just as likely have an existential crisis and ship himself to Abu Dhabi out of protest to big pharma selling sleeping pills that make society "unwoke" as he could be all nba. The thing is they could still win back to back titles in 21 and 22 while having all of that bad stuff come to fruition.
