Am I the only one whose still upset at King's first goal counting? The goaltender was piled before the last shot took off. Why did the official allow them to sit on the goalie and swipe the puck in? That's goaltender interference.

Aw man I can't believe that the Kings lost, they almost had it.

This looks like a different style of play for the Wild compared to their previous seasons.. Previously they seemed to prefer bringing the puck into the neutral zone and taking the time to set plays up in the opposing teams zone and begin a game of cat and mouse. Now, they seem to prefer a high tempo rush of players lined up across the ice in parallel with an odd man out behind the play. They shift the puck and shoot looking for the rebound instead of shooting straight on the net. This style is dangerous because if they get the puck stolen they might not have the numbers on defense to protect a breakaway...Either way, much more exciting and I expect they'll score a lot this season.

Every goal was on a terrible bounce/rebound/deflection. I do not blame the goalies at all. They played good other than the 8+ terrible bounces

Love the Kings’ grey kits/uniforms, except I like their older logo better than the new one.....I think I saw em rock the grey with the old logo last season, hopefully they didn’t get rid of em! Man what a freaking crazy game. Kings hit the post on an empty netter with 30 seconds left, Wild tie the game with 1 second left, and then win the game in overtime with only 10 seconds left. Awesome

Typical Kings. They forgot to play in the 2nd and 3rd period. I guess a #1 pick is a possibility. Wild didn’t play too good today. Sloppy defense and poor goalkeeper. I will have to say their players don’t know when to quit. This team might be a tough one this season.

Poor Quick the Wild have beaten him quite few times in OT over the years .

This refusal to quit for the Wild gives me hope for this year. We already totaled last years 3rd period come from behind wins, and man, even though Kirill the Thrill aka Dolla Dolla Bill Kirill only had one point, his no look pass under the Kings defenders stick is why he is so dangerous. Easy choice for early Calder winner.

Literally the exact same thing happened the last time these 2 teams played. - Kings take a 3-1 lead. -Wild come back and win in OT by a final score of 4-3. You can't make that stuff up.
