In order to have standing in a lawsuits you have to be the one directly affected. In court, the case could be thrown out because the judges don’t consider Trump Campaign to have standing, but an individual representing voters (i.e. Powell) would have standing in court because the voters (not the Trump Campaign) were the one’s wronged by the fraud.
